心地将生耳从表耳取出。按压

表带一侧，使生耳露出，以便

将工具的叉口端架于生耳的凸

缘之上。小心按压生耳，继而

将其从表耳取出。

安装表带

将生耳一端插入表耳洞，用腕

表配备工具一端按压生耳，继

而将其另一端插入另一个表耳

洞。缓缓松开，确保生耳已正

确置入表耳洞。
