NV200 Limited Warranty
BraunAbility’s obligation to repair or replace defective materials or workmanship is the sole obligation of
BraunAbility under this limited warranty. BraunAbility reserves the right to use new or remanufactured parts of
similar quality to complete any work, and to make parts and design changes from time to time without notice
to anyone. BraunAbility reserves the right to make changes in the design or material of its products without
incurring any obligation to incorporate such changes in any previously manufactured product. BraunAbility
makes no warranty as to the future performance of this product, and this limited warranty is not intended to
extend to the future performance of the product. In addition, the owner’s obligation to notify BraunAbility, or
one of the service centers authorized to work on the BraunAbility portions of this vehicle, of a claimed defect
does not modify any obligation placed on the owner to contact BraunAbility directly when attempting to pursue
remedies under state or federal law.
DISCLAIMER OF ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES
BRAUNABILITY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. As such,
this limited warranty is the only warranty applicable to BraunAbility regarding the product. In addition, since
this limited warranty is limited in scope and duration, any potential implied warranty, including any potential
implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose that could arise under any law is outside
the scope of BraunAbility’s limited warranty. Therefore, BRAUNABILITY’S LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT
INCLUDE ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
