Manual cleaning
The s haver head i s s uitable for cleaning
under running tap water.
Warning: Detach the
s haver from the
power s upply before cleaning the s haver
head in water.
Rin s ing the s having head under running water
i s an alternative way to k eep the s haver clean,
e s pecially when travelling.
• S witch the s haver on (cordle ss )
w
and rin s e
the s haver head under hot running water.
You may u s e liquid s oap without abra s ive
s ub s tance s . Rin s e off all foam and let the
s haver run for a few more s econd s .
• Next, s witch off the s haver, pre ss the relea s e
button

to remove the foil and cutter ca ss ette

and let it dry.
• If you regularly clean the s haver under
water, then once a wee k apply a drop of
light machine oil on top of the foil and cutter
ca
ss ette.
Alternatively, you may clean the s haver u s ing the
bru s h provided:
• S witch off the s haver. Remove the foil and
cutter ca ss ette

and tap it out on a fl at
s urface. U s ing the bru s h, clean the inner area
of the pivoting head. However, do not clean the
ca
ss ette with the bru s h a s thi s may damage it.
Cleaning the housing
From time to time clean the hou s ing of the
s haver and the Clean&Renew s tation with a
damp cloth, e s pecially in s ide the cleaning
chamber where the s haver re s t s .
Replacing the cleaning cartridge
After having pre ss ed the lift button

to open the
hou s ing, wait for a few s econd s before removing
the u s ed cartridge to avoid any dripping.
Before di s carding the u s ed cartridge, ma k e s ure
to clo s e the opening s u s ing the lid of the new
cartridge, s ince the u s ed cartridge will contain
contaminated cleaning s olution.
