Regular cleaning en s ure s better s having
performance. Rin s ing the s having head under
running water after each s have i s an ea s y and
fa s t way to k eep it clean:
• S witch the s haver on (cordle ss ) and rin s e
the s having head under hot running water.
You may u s e liquid s oap without abra s ive
s ub s tance s . Rin s e off all foam and let the
s haver run for a few more s econd s .
• Next, s witch off the s haver, pre ss the relea s e
button

and let it dry.
• If you regularly clean the s haver under
water, then once a wee k apply a drop of
light machine oil on top of the foil and cutter
ca
ss ette.
Alternatively, you may clean the s haver u s ing the
bru s h provided:
• S witch off the s haver. Remove the foil and
cutter ca ss ette

and tap it out on a fl at
s urface. U s ing the bru s h, clean the inner area
of the pivoting head. However, do not clean
the foil and cutter ca
ss ette with the bru s h a s
thi s may damage it.
Keeping your shaver in top shape
Replacing the foil and cutter cassette/reset
To maintain 100% s having performance,
replace the foil and cutter ca ss ette

, when
the replacement s ymbol light s up on the s haver
di s play

(after about 18 month s ) or when
ca ss ette i s worn.
The replacement s ymbol will remind you during
the next 7 s have s to replace the foil and cutter
ca ss ette. Then the s haver will automatically re s et
the di s play.
After you have replaced the foil and cutter
ca
ss ette, u s e a ball-pen to pu s h the re s et button

for at lea s t 3 s econd s to re s et the counter.
While doing s o, the replacement light blin ks and
goe s off when the re s et i s complete. The manual
re s et can be done at any time.
