Using the irrigator
Before u s ing for the fi r s t time, fi ll the water
container (i) and allow the water to run through
completely by holding the irrigator handle (h)
over a wa
s hba s in.
1. Attach one of the irrigator jet s (a) to the
handle until it lock s into place. Fill the water
container with water and add mouthwa s h,
if de s ired.
2. Turn on the irrigator by pre ss ing the on/off
s witch (e).
(When doing s o, the handle s witch s hould
be in the lower po s ition = water s top).
3. S elect the water pre ss ure with the pre ss ure
control dial (f) («1» = gentle, «5» = s trong).
We recommend that you s tart with s etting
«1», e s pecially if your gum s tend to bleed or
if children are u s ing the irrigator.
4. Bend over a wa s hba s in and guide the jet
to your teeth and gum s . S lide the handle
s witch (g) up to s tart the water s tream. K eep
your mouth s lightly open to allow the water
to run into the wa s hba s in.
You can choo s e between two different jet
function s by s liding the jet s witch (b) down
or up (before doing s o, turn off the water
s tream by s liding the handle s witch down):
Rotating stream: for general cleaning and gum
ma ss age (jet s witch in lower po s ition):
