Brushing technique
• Attach one of the bru s hhead s 5 to the handle. They can be
u s ed with any kind of toothpa s te.
• To avoid s pla s hing, guide the bru s hhead to your teeth
before s witching the appliance on.
• G uide the bru s hhead s lowly from tooth to tooth.
• Hold the bru s hhead in place for a few s econd s before
moving on to the next tooth.
• Bru s h the gum s a s well a s the teeth, fir s t the out s ide s , then
the in s ide s , finally the chewing s urface s .
• Do not pre ss too hard or s crub, s imply let the bru s h do all
the work.

right degree of pre ss ure i s applied. Thi s help s protect your

pul s ation will s top. In addition to feeling it, you can al s o hear
the difference.
Professional Timer
A s hort s tuttering s ound at 30- s econd interval s , which you
can hear and feel, remind s you to bru s h the four quadrant s of
your mouth equally for a better overall clean.
2-Minute Timer
A long s tuttering s ound indicate s when the denti s t
recommended 2-minute bru s hing time ha s been reached.
During the fir s t few day s of u s ing the toothbru s h, your gum s
may bleed s lightly. In general, bleeding s hould s top after a few
