Installation
Use
Identify the model of your hob
(“
a
”, “
b
”, “
c
”,
“
d
”) by comparing the number and layout of the
elements on your appliance with that shown in
the illustrations.
1.1 Unpacking.
Remove all the protective
materials.
1.2 Insertion into the unit.
Always take into
account the details on the characteristics
plate (1.2.1) and the measurements of
the unit into which the hob is going to be
inserted (1.2.2, 1.2.3). If you are not going
to fi t an oven beneath the hob, you must
install a protective panel in accordance with
the measure indicated (1.2.4). Stick the foam
join along the outer edge of the hob to make
it watertight (1.2.5). Turn the hob over and
insert it into the hole (1.2.6). Do not use non-
removable materials such as silicone.
1.3 Connection to the power supply.
Models (a, c).
See diagram (1.3.1). Colours:
a) dark blue, b) light blue, c) brown, d) red, e)
green - yellow
Model (b).
To connect to 220 – 240V~
connect the hob according to diagram 1.3.3.
If it is different, replace the cable and make
the connection according to diagram (1.3.4).

Identifi cation
Clay, copper or stainless steel receptacles can
be used with vitroceramic hobs. Aluminium
receptacles are not recommended as they can
stain the glass of the hob.
2.1 Selecting the cooking zone.
You have
various elements on which to place the
receptacles. Choose the most suitable one
depending on the size of the receptacle.

2.2 Switching on the hob. Models (a, b).
Press
for 3 seconds to switch on the hob. A
0
will appear for each of the different cooking
zones.
Note:
If the child safety lock is on, you will
need to switch it off by pressing the key
for 3 seconds before making your selection.
2.3 Switching on the cooking zones.
Switch
on the zone where you have placed the
container by pressing the corresponding key
(2.3.1)
N.B.:
If you take longer than 10 seconds to
select the element, the hob will automatically
turn itself off, as a safety measure.
2.4 Temperature selection.
Adjust the
temperature by pressing
or
(2.4.1).
SPECIAL ZONES
2.5 Double zone.
After choosing the heat
setting, press
to switch on the double
zone. To switch it off press
.
TIMER FUNCTIONS
2.6 Time selection.
Model (a) :
First switch on a cooking zone,
then press 1,2,3.......9 then
and you will
see
00
and the pilot of the zone you want
to time. If there are several zones functioning,
when you press
, several times timer
pilot rotates (2.6.1). Choose the zone you
want to time. Use et , to set the time
(2.6.2). If you press
you will go straight
to the maximum time of 60 or 99 minutes.
After a few seconds, this will be confi rmed.
When the time is up, the hob will beep and

and the corresponding pilot light will
fl ash. Press any key to make it stop. If you
wish to change the time press
and follow
the above steps again. If you have used the
timer in several zones, the display will show
the time remaining for the zone closest to
fi nishing. To see the time remaining press
and choose the zone you want to check.
Note:
The timer will switch off automatically
if you take more than 10 minutes to set the
time.
Model (b):
Once you have switched on a
zone and selected the heat 1,2,3.......9,
press the
key of the zone you want to
time. You will see a
(2.6.3). Select the
time with

and confi rm by pressing
the timer key
