Using the Sausage Accessory
Assembling the Accessory

Fix the mincer head into the location provided for this. Then place the screw in the mincer
head until it reaches the motor unit. Then fix the blade.

After that insert the mincer grid you want to use, the sausage accessory and finally the
nut.

Screw on the nut.
Mincing the sausages.
The method of operation is the same as for mincing meat. Refer to the previous section, “Using
the Meat Mincer”.

Push the kebbé accessory (10) into the ring (12). Then screw on the nut.
