5.3 Select measurement unit
Press the “UNIT” button to select the desired measurement unit.
The following measurement units are available: m (metre), in (inch) and ft (foot).
6 Measurement
6.1 Single distance measurement
Press the “ ” button to switch on the laser. Press the button once again to
start the measurement. The measured data is subsequently shown on the display.
6.2 Continuous measurement
To perform a continuous measurement, press the “ ” button to switch on
the laser. Press and hold the button once again to start the continuous measure -
ment. The display now shows a maximum and a minimum measurement value.
To complete the continuous measurement, press either the “MEAS” or the “CLR”
button.
The following figure shows examples for continuous measurements.
