up failed (LED cannot turn green).

 

Power LED red, Start-up failed

Check all output pins of PSU. Any 

pin short connected to GND?

Replace PSU

Short connect 5VSB and PSON. 

Check all output pin voltage.

Check if PSON pin connects well 

between TV and PSU

Replace short connected 

cable or board

Replace cable

Upgrade TV and MCU firmware 

and recheck.

Solved by upgrade

Replace TV main board
