Install one of the Side Glass Panels against the side
insulation with the glossy side facing you. Raise the
bottom edge above the Rear Glass Panel Bracket and
insert the front edge of the glass into the right side
bracket (installed in step 5). Gently pivot the back edge
of the Side Glass Panel outward until it contacts the
end tab on the Rear Glass Panel Bracket, then lower
the glass panel to retain the glass panel.

9. Repeat steps 7 and 8 to install the left insulation and
left glass panel.
10. To install the Rear Glass Panel, place the bottom edge
of the panel into the Rear Glass Panel Bracket, and
between the side glass panels. The bottom edge of the
glass will nest between the front edge of the retainer
and two small tabs about 9" from each end of the
retainer.
11. Slowly pivot the Rear Glass Panel upward and
between the Right and Left Side Glass Panels. Some
shifting left to right may be needed to center all three
glass panels with the rear retainer.
12. Once the Rear Glass Panel is vertical, install the other
Rear Bracket over the top of the Rear Glass Panel.
The Rear Bracket will be installed so the long flange
(with holes) are visible above the glass panel and line
up with the pilot holes in the rear of the firebox.

13. Install (4) #10 X 1/2" Screws to secure the Top Rear
Glass Bracket. Refer to the parts illustration on page 3
to identify the orientation of the individual parts.
14. Check to see that all exposed insulation is tucked
behind the side panels. If necessary, trim the excess
insulation away, using a utility knife.
15. Replace the Glass Retainer removed in step 4.
16. Clean the glass liners with a soft cloth to remove dirt or
fingerprints. Do not use abrasive cleaners on glass.
17. Add decorative crushed glass media as required.
18. Replace the Glass Door and Barrier Screen
assemblies.
