The gun needs 3-hours charge for a full charge. This
provides an estimated autonomy of 4 hours of continuous
work. There is no battery charge loss while the tool is in
stand by mode or while it is not being used, even after a
few days.
4.3. Wiring
The equipment comes with an AC-DC CE-homologated
adaptor provided with a 1m wire with the appropriate
section to charge the gun and a complementary Jack power
plug to the gun socket.
Do not manipulate the charger, in case of suffering any
damage, please contact with the manufacturer.
4.4. Cleaning of the equipment
Clean the outer part of the IONIZER PRO with a damp
cloth (do not use, by any means, a wet cloth), and we do
recommend using a microfiber cloth whenever possible.
Do not use any solvents to clean the tool.

electrodes in the front part (air and
laser outlets).
5. Safety

The equipment is properly protected for the uses
described in this user manual.
•
Do not charge this system with other charger different
from the one provided by the manufacturer.
6. This operation is made before applying the paint and the
clear coat or final coating.
7. Any cloth will be used by no means during all the
application of the IONIZER PRO gun.
4.2. LED Indicators and charging of the gun
The IONIZER PRO is provided with a 4-level charging battery
indicator placed in the upper part that will be visible during
charging and also while using the gun when pulling the trigger.

Do not short-circuit the electrodes for an extended
period of time. Otherwise, the equipment can suffer
internal damages which can be irreparable.

Avoid contact with the electrodes.
•
Do not immerse any part of the IONIZER PRO gun in any
conductive fluid.
•
Ensure adequate ventilation for the work area. Do not
use it simultaneously during the painting process.
•
Observe the safety regulations: the user is responsible
for the utilization of the tool and for the compliance of
the safety requirements, not only individual’s but also the
ones in the workplace. Use hearing and eye protection.
•
During the use of the gun, avoid to place the nozzle close
or directing to the eyes or ears.
•
This product may interfere with the operation of
pacemakers due to high voltage discharges and other
sources of electric or magnetic fields. Affected users
should be informed about the possible risks before using
or being near this tool.
•
Always use the charger in a safe area and regularly
control the electric wire to avoid any possible accidents
caused by damage.
•
This machine can only be repaired and handled by the
technical department of the official supplier.
•
This machine uses compressed air, so dry, clean and
filtered air should be used. Use only for the appropriate
purposes. It can only be used with no air in a short distance
or in small areas.
•
When plugging and unplugging the tool, act in
accordance to the usual safety regulations.
