Troubleshooting

• Set your source device to output 2-channel audio.

• If you are using a television, you may set either your television or source device to output 2-channel audio.

Bluetooth Device will not Connect to the Speaker:

• Bluetooth devices must be paired with your Moonraker sound system system before they can be connected. Refer to

“Pairing with Bluetooth Devices”

on page

to pair your device if you have not already done so.

• Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on your device.

• Ensure that your device is in range of your Moonraker sound system.

• Ensure that your device supports A2DP audio proﬁle.

• Disable, then re-enable Bluetooth audio on your device.

• Turn your device off and back on.

• Turn your Moonraker sound system off and back on.

• Ensure that any nearby devices have Bluetooth disabled to avoid interference.

• Reset your Moonraker sound system. See

“Restoring Factory Default Settings”
