NOTE:

HS-7250 supports 533MHz FSB from PCB v1.3 and later version.

HS-7650 supports 533MHz FSB from PCB v1.1 and later version.

Heat Sink Installation

(more detail please see Appendix A)

Please smear the heat sink paste over CPU and 852GM uniformly.
Then secure the heat sink as the picture above.

When lock the screw, please DO NOT too tight to locking, if too tight the
PCB will be curved, it may cause the board damage.

3.6 System

Memory

The HS-7250/HS-7650 series provides one DDR socket at locations

. The maximum capacity of the onboard memory is 1GB.
