Pair your mobile device

On your mobile device, turn on
Bluetooth
functionality.

Select
Bose Colour SoundLink
from the device list.
The
Bluetooth
indicator glows white to show that the
device is connected.
Using multiple devices
• Press and hold
to get ready to pair another device.
Then repeat Step 4 above.
• The speaker can support two connected devices at a time.
When powered on, the speaker automatically connects to
the most recently connected device(s).
• Press
once to hear which device(s) are connected;
press again (within three seconds) to connect with the next
paired device. (Voice prompts must be on.)
Battery indicator
Green: High charge. Amber: Medium charge. Red blinking: Low
charge.
Note:
Press and hold
to check battery charge level.
Playback controls
Press
: 1x to play/pause; 2x to skip forward; 3x to skip
backward.
Note:
Certain devices may not support these
functions.
Troubleshooting
Speaker does not connect
• On your mobile device, turn off and on the
Bluetooth
functionality.
• Remove the speaker from the
Bluetooth
list on your mobile
device. Then try pairing again.
• Clear the speaker’s memory: Press and hold
for
10 seconds. Then try pairing again.
No sound
• Make sure speaker power is on and battery is charged.
• Increase volume on the speaker and on your mobile device
(or music app).
• Try another device.
Poor sound quality
• Move the mobile device closer to the speaker, and away
from any interference.
