Water cannot be seen in
drum.

Select Cottons/Coloureds
60 C Prewash programme.
Clean the strainer
(refer to Page 23)
Strainer in supply hose
clogged.
Water tap not turned on.
Water does not enter the
machine or detergent is
not wash away.
The Active indicator light
comes on and the buzzer
sounds.
Turn on water tap.
This is not a fault.
The water lies below the visible part of the drum.
Leak in the drain hose.
The thread of the supply
hose is not tight.
Water is flowing out from
underneath the machine.
Clean the water drainage pipe
and/or drain hose.
Fluff-producing laundry was
washed at a high temperat-
ure. The water drainage
pipe or drain hose is
blocked.
Loose debris is blocking
the pump.
Washing solution is not
completely drained.
End indicator light comes
on and the buzzer sounds.
Clean the pump.

Tighten the thread.

Not a malfunction! It is normal for noises to be heard while the
motor is running.
