Road safety

Make sure that your ability to drive is not 
impaired and your vision is not blocked by the 
device or the wiring connected to it.

Risk of electrical shock or fire

If you disassemble the device, it might result in 
electrical shock or fire.
Do not open the device.

Malfunctions

Do not use the device if you notice any 
malfunctions such as bad charging perfor-
mance or bad data transmission. Continued 
use of a malfunctioning system may result in 
accidents, fire or electrical shock.

Installation notes

The installation of the device by a qualified 
specialist workshop is strongly recommended.

The device must be mounted to a solid, even 
surface.

The installation location of the device must not be 
exposed to heat, liquids or vibration.

The installation location of the device must provide 
the required free space for plugs.

After mounting the device, the connection cables 
must be fastened, so that no forces affect the plugs.

 

f

Do not exceed the maximum length of the device‘s 
supply cables. 

 

f

Ensure that the device‘s supply cables are pro-
tected against sharp edges.

 

f

Only use suitable screws and washers for mounting 
the device.

Switching on/off

The device is automatically switched on or off by the 
Coach Infotainment system of your Vehicle.
