Operation

9.1

General

Noise!
In certain operating situations, increased

noise emission by the self-contained servo-

hydraulic linear axis is possible. This may im‐

pair the wellbeing of persons in close proximi‐

ty.

CAUTION

●

If required, provide suitable structural noise protection measures.

●

Use suitable hearing protection, if required.

On the self-contained servo-hydraulic linear axis, no adjustments or modifica‐

tions are required during operation. Only use the product within the perform‐

ance range for which the relevant self-contained servo-hydraulic linear axis is

designed. The system manufacturer is responsible for correct project plan‐

ning of the system and its control.

9.2

Operational states

9.2.1

General

The self-contained servo-hydraulic linear axis is operated via master commu‐

nication mechanisms of the IndraDrive drive controller.

For further information on master communication, please see the

application manual "Rexroth IndraDrive MPx-20 function,

R911345608", chapter “Master communication".

9.2.2

Monitoring functions of the self-contained servo-hydraulic linear axis

During operation, numerous diagnostic functions are routinely executed. Es‐

sentially, the diagnostic functions can be classified into two categories:
