Hex coding switch
On networked card racks or system boxes,
the valid card rack address must be set on
the hex coding switch before commissioning.
For this purpose, the address is determined
on the internal bus. This setting ensures a
clear identification of each tightening
channel. The participant address of each
tightening channel is composed of the set
address of the card rack/system box and the
card slot used.
Values from 0 - F (address 0 - 15) can be
entered.
Example
A tightening channel in slot 4 in the
card rack with the address 2 is ad-
dressed as channel 2.4.
