If an accessory is not included in the
product package, it can be purchased via
the trade or from customer service.

Chipper disc
For slicing raw potatoes for
chips.
Warning!
Do not top up potatoes until the drive is at a
standstill.
■ Place potatoes in the filling shaft.
■ Turn switch to 5.
■ Add more potatoes with the pusher.

Grating disc, coarse
For grating raw potatoes, e.g.
for potato pancakes or dumplings.
■ Place potatoes in the filling shaft.
■ Turn switch to 5.
■ Add more potatoes with the pusher.

Potato fritter disc
For grating raw potatoes for
rostis and potato fritters, for cutting fruit and
vegetables into thick slices.
Warning!
When using, ensure that the required side
(grating / slicing) is face up.
■ Place the food to be processed in the
filling shaft.
■ Set rotary knob to setting 5 or 7.
■ Push down food to be processed with
the pusher.

Asiatic vegetables disc
Slices fruit and vegetables into
fine strips for Asian vegetable dishes.
Warning!
The inserted blades must be face up. Do
not top up food to be processed until the
drive is at a standstill.
■ Place the food to be processed in the
filling shaft.
■ Turn switch to 4.
■ Push down food to be processed with
the pusher.

for grating hard cheese
(e.g. Parmesan).
Warning!
Do not top up hard cheese until the drive is
at a standstill.
■ Place the hard cheese to be processed
in the filling shaft.
■ Turn switch to 4.
