Troubleshooting
You can rectify minor faults on your appliance yourself. Read the troubleshoot-
ing information before contacting after-sales service. This will avoid unneces-
sary costs.
Malfunctions
Fault Cause Troubleshooting
Pump is not working. The device is standing on a
magnetic metal surface.
1.
Check whether the location is suit-
able in the long term.

2.
Select a different location.
Light unit does not light up. Device is not connected to
the power supply.

Check whether the power supply is
plugged into a socket.
2.
Check whether the connecting
cable is properly connected to the
docking unit.
Ambient temperature
above 40 °C. The overtem-
perature protection has
switched the device off.

Close curtains or blinds to lower the
room temperature.
Sleep mode is switched on
or lighting has been
switched off manually.

Light unit has an electronic
fault
1.
Disconnect the device from the
power supply for a few hours to re-
set the light unit.
2.
Reconnect the device.
Note: If the fault cannot be eliminated
in this manner, please contact cus-
tomer service.
The light unit lights up red
for 10 seconds every 5
minutes. The device measures a very
high ambient temperature of
36-40 °C.

Close curtains or blinds to lower the
room temperature.
The light unit flashes red 10
times every 5 minutes. The pump is blocked or the
impeller is missing.

Check that the pump impeller is po-
sitioned correctly.

Check that the pump housing is po-
sitioned correctly.
