Setting up the telephone for your own specific needs

Do not disturb

You can block all incoming internal calls if you do not want to be disturbed by your
phone. Calling parties then hear a busy signal.
If you are a member of a hunt group, you can temporarily withdraw from the group if
you do not want to receive calls.

Do not disturb

Select the “Silence” menu item in the “Furt-
her functions” / “Further settings” submenu
and press “Enter”.

You can see which tones—such as ringing
tones—you are able to switch on and off
individually.

The following tones can be switched on
and off:
–Ringing tone

on/off

–Signal tone

on/off

–VIP ringing tone

on/off

Press the “Enter” key to switch the tones
on or off as required.

Withdrawing from a hunt group

Select the desired menu item.

Set the menu item to “Off”.

Calls are diverted to the next subscriber of
the hunt group.

The setting is displayed in the status line.
