Preheat the appliance.

Turn the dish between halfway and two-thirds through the cooking time.

At the start, add liquid to the cookware so that at least 2/3 of the joint is covered in liquid

Turn the dish 2/3 of the way through the cooking time.

Do not turn the food. Cover the base with water.

22.5 Steam assistance
If you are using steam-assisted cooking, steam is produced in the cooking compartment. This gives the food a crispy
crust and a shiny surface. Furthermore, the food becomes tender and juicy inside and there is only a minimal reduc-
tion in its volume.
Recommended settings for steam-assisted cooking
The water bowl must always contain the recommended amount of water when placed on the appliance.
