Push the air valve at the top of the fork. 
Push the air cartridge inside the stanchion at the maximum.

Place a new travel checker O-ring:

Hold one side of the O-ring on the stanchion

Pull the O-ring to insert it on the stanchion

Degrease the scraper seal groove on the casting.
