SOLVING PROCEDURES
. Check whether Power Plug is
fixed to the Power socket
properly
. Check whether any cut inside
the power cord, If yes please
contact Borosil Customer care
for repair & service.
. Check whether Knob position
of Temperature Control &
Power Heating Mode is at
position. Shift it to the desired
setting.
. Refer to the Instruction Manual
for understanding the
supportive room size
recommended for OFR
model wise.
. Check whether the Thermostat
Knob is at Maximum setting.
. Check whether the PTC Fan
heater Fan is working or not.
. If Point No or Point Exist
then Call Customer Care.
Call Borosil Customer Care
Service & Repair work
Contact Borosil Customer Care
Immediately
. Check if any hard particle of
dust or dirt is jammed inside the
wheel; clean it with the brush
. Check if the wheel stand is
installed properly
. Check for any loose bolt
(tighten with the support of tool
or call service technician)
. If wheel is damaged then call
Borosil Customer care to
replace the wheel.
