Setting the depth stop
1. Loosen the fixing screw and adjust the depth stop to the required depth. Note the
position of the scale on the body and raise the depth stop by the required amount.
Each mark on the scale is equal to 1mm.
2. Tighten the depth stop fixing screw. Note: If your router comes with the into place.

Fitting the dust extraction port
For a cleaner working environment, always connect the machine to a vacuum cleaner
when in use. Align the holes in the dust extraction port with the holes in the base
plate. Insert the screw and firmly fix into place.
Fitting router bits
Warning: Only use router bits with a speed rating that matches the highest no load
speed of the machine. The shank diameter of the router bit must correspond with the
rated diameter of the collet.
Press in the spindle lock button, loosen the collet nut and insert the required router
bit. The shank of the router bit must be inserted at least 3mm. Tighten the collet nut
with the spanner. Release the spindle lock button.
Adjusting the depth of cut
The depth of cut is the distance between the multi depth stop and the depth stop.
Router bits vary in depth, the triple depth stop allow for this with its three positions.
