ROUBLESHOOTING
Repairs or modifications to this equipment are to be performed by Bonitron approved
personnel only. Any repair or modification to this equipment by personnel not approved
by Bonitron will void any warranty remaining on this unit.
5.1.

ERIODIC
T
ESTING
There are no requirements for periodic testing of these units. When performing
routine maintenance it may be beneficial to repeat start-up procedures and checks.

Check periodically for debris, clear as necessary. Buildup can cause short circuits
and dangerous conditions.
Power should not be applied when blowing dust and debris out of unit.

ROUBLESHOOTING
DANGER!
Only qualified personnel familiar with DC Bus systems and associated
machinery should plan or implement the installation, start-up, and
subsequent maintenance of the system. Failure to comply may result in
personal injury, death, and/or equipment damage!
Feel free to call Bonitron at any time if the equipment appears to be having problems.

IGNAL INDICATOR IS NOT ON
Check the amplitude and polarity of the 24V external supply at TB3.
5.3.2. O
VERTEMPERATURE
This indicates that the unit’s heatsink has exceeded 220°F. The fault will
not reset until the heatsink cools.
