My tool is flashing blue, and the screen says OFF
Some of our models have this as a safety
default. Rest assured this is normal operation
and will stop once the tool is disconnected
from electricity.
My tool is showing the temperature in celsius and I
would like it in fahrenheit
In order to change the unit of temperature,
hold down the ( + ) icon on straightener mode.
For curling irons or wands, hold down the ( > )
arrow.
My tool is displaying a stars and moon icon
The stars and moons represent auto shut-off.
Seeing them on the display means this feature
is turned on. If you would like to change the
length of time for auto shut off or shut it off
completely, hold down the ( - ) key on
straighteners or ( < ) on wands/curling irons.
Your display will turn red, and as default
display 60. You can use the (+/-) or (</>) keys
to change the duration. This time represents
how long your tool is on before it
automatically shuts off. Turning the time to 0,
will turn off your auto shut off. We do not
recommend turning off your auto shut off.
