Determine the position of the cooker hood central-
ly above the cooking area in accordance with the
specified safety distances.
•
Mark the holes required for wall mounting as
shown in the drawing.
Specify in advance the extension length of the
shaft cover for the position of the bracket [04] at
the upper shaft end.
First, check the markings with a water balance.
•
Drill totally 7x mounting holes for fixing the brack-
ets and two more holes for the hood body of ap-
prox. 8 mm diameter into the wall. Insert the en-
closed dowels [08].
•
Fix the hood body bracket [05] with three screws
ST4x30mm [09] and the brackets [03] and [04] at
the pre-marked positions, each with two screws
ST4x30mm [09].
•
Before inserting the hood, affix the non-return
valves [07] by gently bending them from above
onto the exhaust duct.

Hereupon a flexible exhaust hose
(not delivered) with 150 mm inner diameter must be
attached.

Hang up the hood body onto the bracket [05].
Check the safe, horizontal support and tighten two
screws ST4x30mm [09] through the hood body.

Check the correct position of the
exhaust hose and connect it with the outlet opening.

Put the shaft unit on and secure the lower shaft
with the bracket [03].
•
Pull up the inner shaft and fix the shaft cover
sideways with the bracket [04] by screwing in the
screws ST3x10mm [10].

Remove the aluminum grease filter (see “Clean-
ing the aluminum grease filter).
•
Place the carbon filter onto the air intake of the
extraction duct. Make sure that the mounting pins
on the extraction duct engage the mounting slots
of the carbon filter. Turn the filter clockwise until it
clicks into place.

Reinstall the aluminum grease filter.

Connect the mains cable to a properly installed

If the plug after installation is not accessible, a
