4.21 Changing hydraulic oil and

filter

Fig. 64

Screw the filler socket on (Fig. 64) .

Draw the hydraulic oil out with a pump.

Environment

Catch running out oil, do not let it seep into the
ground and dispose of environmentally.

Caution

Draw the hydraulic oil out at operating temper-
ature.

Stand the machine on level ground.

Change the hydraulic oil filter with every oil
change.

Fig. 65

Unscrew the fitting and take the cover off (Fig.
65) .

Take the hydraulic oil filter out and wipe the fil-
ter chamber out with a lint-free clean cloth.

Install the new hydraulic oil filter.

Attach the cover and fasten it with the screws.

Fill in hydraulic oil to the middle of the inspec-
tion glass.

For quality and quantity of oil refer to the table
of fuels and lubricants.

Screw the filler socket on.

After filling the hydraulic oil tank and a short
test run check for leaks, if necessary tighten
the fastening screws.
