HANDSET PROGRAMMING Transfer via One Touch Key
When you are on a call
STATION SPEED DIAL – PROGRAMMING NUMBERS 1 Press the DSS key for the person’s extension
2 Introduce call and place the handset down. As soon as you hang up
Enter PORT PROGRAMMING MODE LCD Display Reads: the handset the call is transferred
1. Press Program Program
2. Dial 10 10 Speed Dial * CALL FORWARDING / DIVERSION
3. Press Enter Location No?

4. Dial Location number of stored station speed Divert – All Calls
dial number (00-09) 00 Your phone will not ring at all
5. Dial 0 (for outside line) 00: 0 1 Lift handset
6. Dial new phone number 00: 082385155 2 Press FWD/DND button or dial * 710
7. Press Store 00: 082385155 3 Dial 2

4 Dial the destination’s extension number
8. USING ALPHA NUMERIC DIAL PAD 5 Press # key
a) Press Number corresponding to Alphabet 6 Listen for confirmation tone
b) Press Key Once for each letter available in Upper Case 7 Hang up the handset
Letter Available options cycle from Upper case to Lower case Divert – Busy No Answer
Example Your phone will ring four times or if you are currently on a call

To type C in upper case press No 2 key (ABC) Three times
1 Lift handset

To type O in lower case press No 6 key (MNO) Six times
2 Press FWD/DND button or dial * 710

To type a Space press No 0 key
3 Dial 5

To type any numeric number press appropriate key Seven times
4 Dial the destination’s extension number

To type full stop, comma, colon, semi colan, apostrophe press 0 key
and cycle through available options.
5 Press # key
6 Listen for confirmation tone
To advance to next letter press

(right arrow key) 7 Hang up the handset
To back space press

(left arrow key) Divert – External
9. Repeat steps (a) & (b) until name is complete e.g. your calls can be forwarded to your mobile
10. Press Store
1 Lift handset
11. Press Exit

2 Press FWD/DND button or dial * 710
3 Dial 2
ACCESSING STATION SPEED DIAL NUMBERS 4 Dial 0 (for the outside line)
Lift the Handset or press Sp-Phone 5 Dial the destination’s phone number
Dial *** 6 Press the # key
Dial the station speed dial position e.g. 03 7 Listen for confirmation tone
The number stored in station position 03 will be dialed for you 8 Hang up the handset
DIVERT EXTERNAL MUST BE ALLOWED IN SYSTEM PROGRAMMING

Using Navigator keys scroll to highlight Menu Soft Button, Personal 1 Lift handset

Press Enter Key again 4 Listen for confirmation tone
Using Navigator Key scroll to highlight selected Name 5 Hang up the handset
