Operating instructions for S 40-3...S 150-3 series screw compressors

Every 3,000 operating
hours / once a year:
Change the suction
filter cartridge

Change the suction filter cartridge:
– If it is damaged.
– After it has been cleaned twice.
– Depending on the level of dirt, either after 3,000 operating hours or once a

year during the annual service.

Changing filter cartridge

1. Switch off the compressor with the OFF button.

2. Take out old filter cartridge (as described in “Removing the filter cartridge”

3. Insert new filter cartridge (as described in “Fitting the filter cartridge” on
