Maintenance work compressor

Changing the oil filter

Change:

–

After 3000 operating hours, however, no later than after one year.

–

With each oil change!

–

Slacken screws on service cover (3) and remove cover.

–

Pull oil disperser cartridge (1) out of the o-ring seal.

–

Check seat of o-ring.

–

Lightly oil bottom of new cartridge in and press into o-ring seal.

–

Check o-rings on service cover for damage and replace if necessary.

–

Fit service cover (3) and tighten screws.

–

Open the ball valve at the compressed air outlet.

–

Switch on the compressor and heat up to operating temperature.

–

Check tightness of service cover and re-tighten screws.

Take out oil filter cartridge (4) and remove from support body (5).
