Operation Instruction
I. Power Mode:
1. Boot mode: after open the power, the buzzer long call and display all screen (Figure
1), and after 2 seconds entering the user settings screen (Figure 2).
2. Dormancy model: When no any operation or no RMP signal input after 4 minutes,
The meter will enter the dormancy model, can be sport or press any key to awaken the
meter.

II. USER SETTING:
Under the original state, Press ▲ or ▼ key to select setting the USER:” U0”,”U1”,
“U2”, “U3”, “U4”
1. Press ENTER key to confirm the select, enter the SEX setting: flashing display
“SEX” on the right of the screen, Press ▲ or ▼ key to select female and male.
2. Press ENTER key to confirm the SEX, enter the AGE setting: flashing display
“AGE” on the right of the screen, Press ▲ or ▼ key to setting the age.
3. Press ENTER key to confirm the age and enter the H.t setting: flashing display
“H.t” on the right of the screen, Press ▲ or ▼ key to setting the Height.;
4. Press ENTER key to confirm the Height and enter the Weight setting: flashing
display “W.t” on the right of the screen, Press ▲ or ▼ key to setting the weight.
5. Press ENTER key to confirm the weight enter the sports program mode to select
picture.
