1. Safety Precautions
To ensure the safety of our users and prevent any product damage, please
carefully read the following for correct device operation and keep this manual
for future reference purposes.
01) Do not use forcefully, throw, or apply excessive pressure with sharp object to controller.
02) Do not put the controller inside microwaves or near objects
that can interfere with radio waves.
03) Keep the controller stored far away from the reach of children and pets.
04) Do not operate with wet hands or in areas with high humidity levels.
05) Do not place under direct sunlight or in environments below 23°F or above 104°F.
06) Do not drop or place highly flammable objects within the massage chair or
USB connector.
07) Do not turn on the device if it has been exposed to rain, liquids, chemicals, sprays,
or any other types of liquids. Wipe down the device until it is dry and contact customer
service.
08) Do not put metallic or flammable material within internal parts of the massage chair.
09) Do not use chemical solutions or liquid soap to clean the controller.
10) Do not put the controller in your back pocket or wear on your belt.
11) Warranty becomes void when and if user personally changes the software or uses
a third party software for the controller.
12) Do not personally disassemble or make changes to the controller.
13) Do not color or place stickers on the controller.

14) Immediately stop using and call customer service if the controller emits strange smells,
sounds, smoke, or substance.

The label for this device is provided electronically.
The e-label may provide regulatory information, such as identification numbers
provided by the FCC or regional compliance markings, as well as applicable product
and licensing information.

2. Unforeseen Circumstances
2.1. Battery Does Not Charge
01) Make sure no foreign interferences prevent the battery from charging. Otherwise,
make sure the controller is placed correctly in the charging station.
02) Call customer service if the battery starts to heat up abnormally.
03) Locate the charging station on the right side of the massage chair.
Look for the red light which indicates the battery is charging correctly.
Otherwise, use the 5pin Micro USB port to charge.
04) If neither the USB port or wireless charging station seem to charge the battery,
call customer service.
