Step 5 & 6 Assemble Right Dual Ac � on Handlebar
1. Remove the pre-installed LOCK NUT (66) and DUST COVER (69) from Main Frame Pivot, STEP 5, and remove
NUT (90) and WASHER (119) from 121R, STEP 6 . Simultaneously assemble the DUAL ACTION RIGHT
HANDLEBAR (114R) onto the MAIN FRAME (1) pivot shown in STEP 5 , and RIGHT LINK PLATE (121R) onto
(114R) shown in STEP 6 .
2. Secure and tighten DUAL ACTION HANDLEBAR (114R) using LOCK NUT (66). Re-install the DUST COVER (69).
Then install and tighten the RIGHT STATIONARY PEDAL (116) as shown in STEP 5 .
3. Secure and tighten RIGHT LINK PLATE (121R) using WASHER (119) and NUT #90. Install END CAP (120) STEP 6 .
Assembly is Complete!
Step 7 & 8 Assemble Le � Dual Ac � on Handlebar
1. Follow the instructions from above steps for STEP 7 and STEP 8 using the diagrams below.
2. Recheck all assembly points and confirm that all bolts, nuts and pedals are tight before use.
