Body fat P14:
Press the UP and DOWN key to choose the body fat program. Press enter to accept the program.

will flash, you can choose the gender using the UP OR DWON KEY, press ENTER to save
gender. Preset value of 175 for height will flash, you can adjust the height using the UP OR
DOWN key, press ENTER key to save the value. Preset value of 75 for weight will flash, you can
adjust the weight using the UP OR DOWN key, press ENTER to save the value. The preset value
of 30 for age will flash, you can adjust the age using the UP OR DOWN key, press ENTER to save
value.
Press:
START/STOP to start measurement. Note: you must graps the hand pulse grips with
both hands.
After 15 seconds the display will show the Body Fat %, BMR, BMI & BODY TYPE.
Body Types:
There are 9 body types divided according to the FAT% calculated.
Type 1 is from 5% to 9%.
Type 2 is from 10% to 14%.
Type 3 is from 15% to 19%.
Type 4 is from 20% to 24%.
Type 5 is from 25% to 29%.
Type 6 is from 30% to 34%.
Type 7 is from 35% to 39%.
Type 8 is from 40% to 44%.
Type 9 is from 45% to 50%.
BMR: Basal Metabolism Ratio
BMI: Body Mass Index
Target heart rate P15
Press the UP or DOWN key to select the target heart rate. Press enter to accept the program.
Time will flash, press the UP or DOWN key to adjust the time. Press enter to accept the value. If
you have selected a target time to workout, then distance cannot be set. Continue through until all
desired parameters have been set. Press the START/STOP to start your workout.
Note: If your pulse rate is above or below (
±
5) the set TARGET H.R, the computer will adjust
the resistance level automatically. It will check approximately every 20 seconds and
adjust the resistance level. Note: each resistance level represents 2 levels of
tension.
Heart rate control P16~P17
There are 2 selections for the target pulse
P16- 60% TARGET H.R= 60% of (220-AGE)
P17- 85% TARGET H.R= 85% of (220-AGE)
Press the UP or DOWN key to select the heart rate control. Press enter to accept the program.
