Electric Blender Stick
10
HOW TO USE THE
BLENDER STICK
1. Insert the plug in a wall outlet.
2. If using the beaker accessory, do not fill it past the maxi-
mum fill line. Insert the blender in the mixture. The blender
wand should be immersed no deeper than its own length. Do
not immerse the motor unit in the mixture.
3. Press one of the two buttons to operate the blender.
4. To stop the blender, release the button before removing
the blender from the mixture.
5. Unplug the cord from the wall outlet immediately after use.
6. Your blender’s accessory attachments simply pull off for
changing or cleaning. Place the tool (11) under the attach-
ment (7, 8 or 9) and lift it off while pressing your thumb
against the attachment to prevent it from uncontrolled
detaching. Keep attachments in line with the wand when
inserting them. Ensure that the driving pin of the shaft in the
wand locates exactly with the indent in the attachment. For
safety reasons, always unplug the cord from the wall outlet
before swapping attachments.
WARNING!
Do not operate the blender for more than one
minute at a time to prevent the motor from overheating.
Then wait one minute before operating the blender again.
OPERATING
ADVICE
Use the multiblade to puree fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.
Use the whisk to create mayonnaise, sauces and mashed
potatoes.
Use the beater for whipped cream and to beat egg whites.
If using the beaker accessory, do not fill it past the maximum
fill line. Place the lid on the beaker when storing the contents
in the fridge.
To improve blending or chopping performance, dice the
ingredients first.
To prevent splashing, insert the wand into the mixture before
operating the blender. Release the button before removing
the blender from the mixture.
When blending ingredients in a saucepan on a stove,
remove the pan from the burner to prevent the blender from
overheating.
When operating the blender, hold it at a slight angle and
move it gently to and fro. Do not force the blender into the
mixture.
To prevent the mixture from overflowing when blending,
leave enough space in the container to allow for expansion.
Do not leave the blender in a hot pan on the stove if not using it.
To avoid damaging the accessory attachments, remove hard
objects such as fruit stones from the mixture before operat-
ing the blender.
Do not process coffee beans or hard spices such as nutmegs.
