3.1. Routine maintenance
Glass-ceramic pane
To clean your wood-burner's glass, we recommend one of the following two meth
-
ods.
Dry, using steel wool
Use "00" or "000" grade steel wool. A heavier steel wool could
damage (scratch) the glass.
Cut a 30cm long section and fold it into three layers. Remove
residue by rubbing with the steel wool. Using your index finger,
push the steel wool to the very edges of the glass. Always use
dry steel wool. This method can be used on both cold or hot
panes (with a glove).
With a liquid cleaning product
We recommend that you use the "BG Clean" cleaning product,
available at your distributor. "BG Clean" contains no caustic
soda and is biodegradable. Never use liquid products on warm glass.
Spray the product over the entire surface of the glass. Rub with a cloth until the
glass is clean.
You can then finish by using a window cleaning product. This removes any traces
left by the first product.
Frequency
The glass stays clean longer when it is cleaned regularly and when the fire burns
evenly. Glass that is badly maintained will become dirty
even more quickly.
Inside air vents
If necessary, use a vacuum cleaner to unclog the air inlet
holes of the stainless steel air dispatchers. They can be
removed to facilitate the operation.

Pro čištění skla krbové vložky doporučujeme jednu ze dvou následujících metod

Suchou metodou, pomocí ocelové vlny
Použijte ocelovou vlnu s indexem „00“ nebo „000“. Hrubší ocelová vlna může poško

dit (poškrábat) sklo.
Ustřihněte kousek (30 cm) a složte 3krát. Pro odstranění skladů vlnu
otřete. Ukazováčkem posuňte vlnu až na okraj skla. Vždy používejte su
-
chou ocelovou vlnu. Tento způsob lze použít na studené nebo teplé sklo
(s rukavicemi).
Pomocí tekutého čisticího prostředku
Doporučujeme používat čisticí prostředek od BG Clean, který je k dis
-
pozici u vašeho distributora. Prostředek BG Clean neobsahuje louh a je
biologicky odbouratelný. Nikdy tento čisticí prostředek nepoužívejte na
teplé sklo.
Nastříkejte čisticí prostředek na celou plochu skla. Otírejte hadříkem, dokud není
sklo čisté.
Nakonec lez použít běžný čisticí prostředek na sklo. Odstraníte tak stopy po před
-
chozím čisticím prostředku.
Četnost
Pokud se sklo čistí pravidelně a pokud oplach skla funguje správně,
sklo zůstane čisté po delší dobu. Nesprávně ošetřené sklo má za
následek jeho zanesení.
Přívod vzduchu z místnosti
Pokud je to nutné, vysajte otvory pro sání vzduchu u rozvaděčů z
nerezové oceli. Pro lepší manipulaci jsou odnímatelné
