Customer Asset Team process:
ask if you have followed the Self Help Guide
conduct over-the-phone troubleshooting
if this does not solve the fault, report to BOC Help Desk to arrange replacement scanner
despatch of replacement scanner will occur same day if call placed by 2pm otherwise
following day despatch
Include pre-paid satchel for return of faulty scanner
