REMOVING THE BATTERY
NOTICE
Carefully pull out the battery so that it does not
fall to the ground.
1. Switch off the battery and unlock it.
2. Grasp the battery by the recess on the
underside and pull it out a little. Fully remove
with both hands so that it does not fall to the
ground.
TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Possible Solution
All LEDs
blinking and
error code on
display. Battery is non-operational.
Please contact Service
Center.
One LED is
blinking Charge battery.
Cover cap
defective Have it checked by your
dealer.
Torn charger
plug cover Do not use battery, as plug is
loose
Battery does
not work

Press Power Button to
switch on

Battery too cold: Place in
warm environment

Battery too warm: Allow
to cool down

Battery deeply
discharged due to
incorrect storage.
Contact your dealer.
Problem Possible Solution
Too little range

Low ambient
temperature: Less range
in winter is normal.

Loss of capacity due to
incorrect storage or
natural battery ageing:
Replace battery.
If no suitable solution is listed, please contact
your dealer.
CLEANING
Switch off the battery before cleaning.
If necessary, clean the battery with a dry cloth.
Keep battery contacts clean. If soiled, clean with
a dry cloth.
