If the battery is no longer
charged, continued driving

can lead to deep discharging,
and therefore to the destruction
of the battery.
If possible, do not continue
driving.
The battery is not being charged.

Continued driving is possible
until the battery is discharged.
However, the engine can die
suddenly and the battery can
be exhaustively discharged and
therefore destroyed.
Have the malfunction corrected
as soon as possible by a spe-
cialized workshop, preferably
an authorized BMW Motorrad
retailer.
