Brake Levers 
Check for correct free play in the brake levers and correct 
them  if  necessary.    Make  sure  the  brakes  are  working 
properly by checking at low speed shortly after starting out.

NOTE:

A soft, spongy feel in the brake lever indicates a failure 
in the brake system.  Do not operate the scooter until the 
failure in the brake system has been corrected.  Ask a 
dealer for immediate repairs.
