Machine Storage

- When the machine is not used for a long time, please unplug it. It should be 

cleaned, covered by a plastic bag and stored in a cool place

- Please do not pull on the power cord, otherwise the power cord may be damaged.

TROUBLE SHOOTING

Failure phenomena Possible reasons

Solution

The machine cannot 

be started. 

Whether the socket has electricity 

or not; 

Power supply should be 

checked; 

Whether the power supply plug is 

inserted well or not; 

Power supply should be 

plugged; 

Air cannot be blown 

out. 

Whether the air inlet or air outlet 

is blocked by substances; 

The position should be replaced 

or the substances should be 

removed; 

The motor is not operated; 

Please contact with warranty 

agents; 

The machine cannot 

reach the optimized 

purification.

Whether the machine is installed 

in the place without ventilation 

or not; or whether there is an 

obstacle near the machine or not; 

 Obstacle should be removed; 

The HEPA filter and activated 

carbon filter are not replaced for a 

long time 

Replace filters

Air outlet has a weird 

odor.

Whether a lot of smell is produced 

temporarily or not (many people 

smoke, etc.); 

The smell can gradually 

disappear after the product is 

operated for certain time.
