General Maintenance

Inspect electrical cords and electrical connections.

Keep machine clean and free of debris.

Check for misalignment, binding and breakage of all moving parts. If damaged, repair tool before use.

Occasional Maintenance

Have the power tool serviced by a qualified service technician using identical replacement parts.

Change motor brushes:

1) Disconnect machine from power.

2) Take of motor handle housing.

3) Unscrew left and right side brush holder caps.

4) Take out old brushes.

5) Replace with exact same size new brushes.

6) Screw in brush holder caps tightly.

7) Replace motor handle housing.
