1.4 Mounting
NOTE:
If mounting at a later time, the 24 Volt plug must not be connected to the ceiling box when
mounting the receiver part in the ceiling box.
The lid on the black ceiling box is ”clicked” off by using a screwdriver (picture 1).
The wires from the
receiver lid to be connected to the Terminal at the ceiling box (picture 2).
The lid is ”clicked” on and the 24 Volt plug is placed in the ceiling box.
The light diode light is now
red and will now blink green once per second
which is a sign that the unit works correctly.
1.5 Pairing of sender and receiver
Hold the sender unit in the hand and activate the pairing by pushing the switch in the middle of the lid.
If necessary, use a pen for it.
The light diode light remains firmly red and will now blink green
three times per second for 30 seconds.
The pairing with the sender happens by pushing the Start / Boost button within 30 seconds.
When it’s paired, the BlueChimney starts by ”boosting,” and
the light diode light on the ceiling box
remains firmly red and blinks green once per second.
The sender and the receiver are now paired and the BlueChimney is ready to use.
Notice:
The sender’s reach is up to 70 metres. Walls, metal screens, radio signals etc. can reduce or
disrupt the reach of the sender.
1.6 Warranty
There is a 3
years’ warranty if manufacturing or construction defects occur.
