Warranty Terms
Bluebird Inc. (hereinafter referred to as Bluebird) provides warranty service for its products in compliance
with the relevant regulations and the terms of the warranty.
Upon receiving notification of a defect in a product covered by the warranty terms, Bluebird will repair or
replace the defective product according to its waranty policy.
If the defective product covered by the warranty cannot be repaired or replaced, Bluebird shall refund the
purchasing price within a period designated after the date that the defect notice is received.
Bluebird assumes no responsibility for repairing, replacing, or refunding a product until it receives the
defective product from the customer. All replacement products shall be equal to the original product in
terms of performance.
The Bluebird warranty is valid only in countries in which Bluebird distributes its products. (An additional
contract is necessary for additional service, such as field service.)
Bluebird products may contain recycled components or materials that are equal to new components or
materials in terms of performance.
This warranty applies to software products only when the programming commands are not executed.
Bluebird does not guarantee interruption-free or error-free performance.
If the customer loses the receipt or warranty certificate, then the warranty period will be 3 months after the
date of manufacture indicated by the serial number.
Bluebird shall service only those accessories that appear on the sales list of the service center. Any repair or
replacement of accessories that do not appear on the sales list will be at the customer’s expense.
