Troubleshooting
Symptoms Possible causes Suggested remedy
The temperature in
your appliance goes
to -10°C or higher
a. The appliance is not turned on
• Check power supply and fuse
• Check indicating lights are glowing
b. The appliance is overloaded
• Remove some contents from
appliance
c. The lid is not closed properly
• Check there is no thick formation
of ice on the sides of the appliance
d. The thermostat is not set right • Adjust the thermostat setting
e. The unit is placed too close to walls
• Locate the unit properly
f. The unit is placed near heat source
g. The condenser is choked
• Clean the condenser
The temperature in
your appliance is
too low
The thermostat setting is high,
towards maximum
Adjust the thermostat at right setting
