care as hot parts and escaping steam may cause burns.

5.  At end of brew cycle, LED will flash and audible beep will signal brewing is complete. LED will

turn off, and brewer will switch off automatically.

6.  After brewer and coffee pod(s) have cooled, carefully open filter basket and discard used

coffee pod(s). To remove filter basket from brewer, grasp basket handle and swing basket
outward, and with basket in far right position, lift up basket.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

Always unplug brewer and allow to cool before cleaning. Wash filter basket in hot, sudsy water.
Wipe brewer with damp cloth and dry. Never put brewer in water or in the dishwasher. For hard to
remove stains, use a plastic mesh pad or a cloth dampened in vinegar. Do not use metal cleaning
pad or abrasive cleaners.

Minerals found in water can clog brewer or reduce its efficiency. To prevent this, add a mixture of
1/3 vinegar and 2/3 water to water reservoir.

DO NOT OVERFILL.

Place cup on drip tray and press

“BREW” buttons. After mixture has been cycled through, press “STOP” button. Rinse by cycling
through 2 or 3 more cycles of plain cold tap water. Do not pour any liquid other than cold tap water
or water with vinegar into reservoir opening when cleaning.
