Basic Operations

Closing the Monitor

Press the

[OPEN/CLOSE]

button again to house the monitor.

Caution

*The monitor can be closed only when it is positioned parallel with the front 

  of unit. Position manually the monitor parallel with the front of unit by holding  

  left and right side of the monitor with hands and then press the [OPEN/CLOSE]

  button to close it.

*When a picture displays on the monitor, pressing the [OPEN/CLOSE] button 

 will close the monitor. But the sound can still be heard. If you want to turn off 

 the sound, press  the [MODE/POWER] button more than 2 seconds to turn off

 the power and the sound.

Adjusting the Slide Position

1.Press the

 [SLIDE] 

button.

2.Each time the

[SLIDE]

button is pressed, the monitor slides forward or backward 1 step,

total 2 steps with 3 positions. The adjusted position is stored in memory.

Adjusting the Lateral Viewing Angle

The monitor's left/right viewing angle can be adjusted manually as the picture below.

Adjust the angle manually by holding both left and right side of the monitor
with hands as the picture.

Adjusting the Picture Mode (Aspect)

Each time the

[ASPECT] 

button is pressed, the picture mode changes in following order.

         FULL -> WIDE -> NORMAL -> FULL

[FULL]:

Original 4:3 picture is expanded sideways to fill the screen.
Top and bottom of the picture are squashed.

[WIDE]: 

Only right and left portions of original 4:3 picture are expanded sideways.

[NORMAL]:

Original picture with 4:3 aspect ratio.

* The factory default setting is

 [NORMAL]

.

Adjusting the Bass Level

1.Press the

[FUNC]

button repeatedly until

 [BASS]

is selected.

2.Press the

VOLUME [▶]

button to increase the bass level.

3.Press the

VOLUME [◀]

button to decrease the bass level.

Adjusting the Treble Level

1.Press the

[FUNC] 

button repeatedly until

 [TREBLE]

is selected.

2.Press the

VOLUME [▶]

button to increase the treble level.

3.Press the

VOLUME [◀]

button to decrease the treble level.

Adjusting the Balance Level

1.Press the

[FUNC] 

button repeatedly until

 [BALANCE] 

is selected.

2.Press the

VOLUME [▶]

button to emphasize the right channel.

3.Press the

VOLUME [◀]

button to emphasize the left channel.

Adjusting the Fader Level

1.Press the

[FUNC] 

button repeatedly until

 [FADER]

is selected.

2.Press the

VOLUME [▶]

button to emphasize the front channel.

3.Press the

VOLUME [◀]

button to emphasize the left channel.
